Universal Building Services maintains an extensive fleet of power sweepers of all sizes and types for any size job at any time. They are available for periodic sweeping assignments to keep open areas debris-free or for one-time special sweeping requests. UBS sweeper drivers are fully trained in the proper use and procedures for power sweeping all types of spaces. The Sweeping Division also handles Pressure Washing assignments. Our Large Sweepers are suitable for major projects such as freeways, highways and city streets.

Medium-sized sweepers are assigned to such tasks as open lots and shopping mall parking lots.

Small truck-mounted sweepers are ideal for smaller areas like bank parking lots and multi-level parking garages where vehicle height clearance restrictions exist.
